मुख्यमंत्री मजदूर सुरक्षा योजना

इसका उद्देश्य खेतिहर मजदूरों तथा उनके परिवारों का जीवन स्तर सुधारने के साथ ही उन्हें जरूरत अथवा मुसीबत के वक्त सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है।

योजना के तहत राज्य के 18 से 60 वर्ष आयु के खेतिहर मजदूरों के परिवार की स्त्री को प्रसूति व्यय और छः सप्ताह की मजदूरी का भुगतान, पति को पितृत्व अवकाश के साथ दो सप्ताह की मजदूरी का भुगतान, बच्चों को पहली कक्षा से स्नातकोत्तर की पढ़ाई के लिये छात्रवृत्ति, पांचवीं कक्षा तथा उसके आगे तक प्रथम श्रेणी में पास करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को नगद पुरस्कार। विवाह सहायता योजना के तहत कन्याओं को मदद तथा आम आदमी बीमा योजना के अंतर्गत लाभ दिये जाते हैं।

योजना का लाभ लेने के लिये आवेदक को निर्धारित प्रारूप में ग्राम पंचायत के समक्ष आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होता है। इसके बाद उसे फोटोयुक्त परिचय पत्र दिया जाता है। जिसके आधार पर वह उपरोक्त सभी लाभ प्राप्त करता है।

अभी तक चौदह लाख मजदूरा का पंजीयन हुआ है।

Mukhyamantri Mazdoor Suraksha Yojana

The objective of this scheme is the improve life standard of agricultural labourers apart from providing them security in times of distress and need. The scheme covers agricultural labourers from 18 to 60 years of age.

Under the scheme, pregnant women of labourers’ families are given expenses incurred on delivery as well as six weeks’ wages, his husband is given two weeks’ wages along with paternity leave, scholarships to children from class 1 to post-graduate studies, cash prizes to their children on passing class V and further exams in first division apart from benefits under Vivah Sahayata Yojana their daughters and benefits under Aam Admi Beema Yojana.For availing the scheme’s benefits, application has to be moved before the gram panchayat in prescribed proforma after which the applicant is given a photo identity card on the basis of which he can avail benefits of the above schemes.So far, 14 lakh agricultural labourers have been registered.

The labourers working in urorganised sector face tragic situation when they are faced by adversities since no organizational or social protection is available for them. They have to suffer financially in case they fall ill or a child is born in the family since they have to shun work. They even cannot bear the expenses on the education of their children. Implementation of this scheme, has proved ample social security to such labourers.
